The Survey Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor or its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
The Giveaway begins on August 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST and ends on September 05, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
To enter, complete the survey provided by the Sponsor during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to enter more than once using multiple identities, email addresses, or automated methods will void all such entries.
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Amazon.com Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: $100 each). Total prize pool: $500. Gift cards are subject to Amazon’s standard terms and conditions. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within 7 days after the close of the Entry Period. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and survey responses (excluding personally identifiable information) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising shall be resolved individually, exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Illinois, and entrants waive any right to class actions or punitive damages.
